Bisexual & Lesbian Women in Manchester
5 Richmond Street
Unicorn is a new social group for young women (18+) with learning difficulties, Autism and Asperger’s who identify as lesbian, gay bisexual and/or trans, or questioning their sexual orientation or trans identity.
This group will be a relaxed safe space where you can grab a brew have a chat and play some games (mostly cards, board games).
This group is open to anyone who identifies as a ‘young woman’ and is over 18. There is no fixed upper age limit and any woman is welcome to attend, but we suggest women aged 18-40.
Unicorn runs once a month, the first Saturday of the month, 2.30 – 4pm at LGBT Foundation.
The group is run by Felicity and Diane.
Felicity is an activist that has worked in social care, welfare rights, disability, advocacy, learning difficulties and the LGBTQ community, for a number of years.
